Finish the spray record before you leave the job. Pick your state and enter the job: SprayDocs gives you the right fields, checks what’s missing, and creates the finished PDF on your phone, tablet or desktop — free to start, in English or Spanish.
SprayDocs is a free web app for pesticide applicators, farms, orchards, landscapers and pest-control crews. Pick your state, fill out the application record on your phone, and SprayDocs checks each field against what your state’s rule requires as you type. States with an official form get that form filled in field by field (Washington uses WSDA form AGR-4234); the rest get a one-page record laid out around the state rule, with the citations printed on it.
Filling out a record is free and needs no account. Create a free account when you’re ready to download the PDF. Once SprayDocs has opened on your phone it opens again without a signal, from the Home Screen or the browser. Everything is available in Spanish as well.
The state guides explain what each state requires on a pesticide application record — the required elements, the deadline, how long to keep it and who gets copies — for all 50 states and Washington, D.C.
