Your records are yours
Every plan exports the PDF and a backup file for the records it opens, at any time; Pro and Lite open the whole archive. SprayDocs keeps a copy of every record for 7 years from the day it was made — Washington’s bar, the longest of any state — on every plan, including free. Free accounts open records from the last 14 days; the rest wait in the archive, counted, never deleted. The legal duty to keep the record stays with the applicator and the firm, so download your PDFs as you go.
Questions
What happens to my records if I cancel?
Nothing is deleted. You can export everything before you go, and the Lite plan ($10/mo) keeps your whole history open read-only for as long as you like.
Do my crew need their own plans?
No. One plan covers every applicator in your firm — invite them with a code and their records land in your owner view.
Is the free account enough for one person?
Often, yes. Free accounts fill any state’s record and download the PDF within 14 days. Older records wait in your archive; Pro opens them.
Will the price go up?
Firms that join at the founding price keep it for as long as they stay subscribed.
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe. Sales tax is added where it applies. You can change the card, switch between monthly and annual, or cancel any time from Settings.
Is there a contract?
No. Monthly plans cancel any time from Settings; annual plans run to the end of the year you paid for. Either way your records stay, and Lite is there if you want them open.
Which states does it cover?
All 50 states and the District of Columbia, each with its own required elements, deadline and retention — see the guides. Washington exports the official WSDA form; the others export a one-page record laid out around the state’s rule. Annual use reports (California, New York and a few others) are not part of the app; the guides say so where it applies. State guides →
